My passion for seeking resilience and living an Untroubled life stemmed from my own traumatic childhood/adulthood experiences.  These experiences range from sexual child abuse, homosexuality, divorce, and domestic violence to name a few.  I had gone years operating from a place of unhealthiness and depression and didn’t even realize it.  It wasn’t until I did a deep dive into how I was functioning (or not) that I truly understood that my past had reared its ugly head into my future and all the unresolved trauma I had experienced altered the way I showed up for my children.  I began to research ways to combat life and stumbled across the word RESILIENCE.  It was this word, along with my renewed faith in God that got me through, and I want to show you how to do the same.  Life will undoubtedly throw us some curve balls, often, but with prayer and a plan you will overcome and beat the odds.  I did and I know you can too!
